Issue with Bonus Credits After Paid Plan Signup on Clay.com

I signed up for a paid plan with this URL and don’t see any “bonus credits” added. Can someone please help me with this?

Hey Jeremy! Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help. It looks like you created an account before using the referral link. For context, the credits only get added when a referral link is used to create an account and you subsequently upgrade to a paid plan. If the link is used after an account has already been created, we won’t be able to honor that referral. Let me know if you have any questions.
