Hey team! I was searching for people from companies. I have 584 companies, but automation found only 312 people. I decided to check some companies with no contacts found, and in fact they have employees on Linkedin that are relevant to my search query. What can be wrong?

Hello there! I added some more keywords to your search and found about 600 people, which you can find in this table. I just added the complete titles to some of the keywords in your search. For example, I added Chief Executive Officer on top of the existing CEO keywords. Take a look at the results and let me know if it achieves a desired outcome.
Hi Tomi F., I always have the same problem, I have tried the Claygent to search for relevant contacts with different prompts, but I can't manage to complete a complete list of companies with all companies with contacts. And, like Lisa, when I go to LinkedIn I can easily find the contact I am looking for. How does it work better, with a more specific search with many keywords or a broader search with few keywords like 'Marketing' or 'Sales'?
Hello Daniel! As far as picking keywords, it is always going to be better to add more keywords to the search, as long as they are still relevant to what you are looking for. This is because people use many different terms to describe their job titles on LinkedIn. Many of those terms mean the same thing in practice, but your searches will miss them if one of those keywords is not in your search parameters. Also keep in mind that there are people might have private LinkedIn profile that we cannot find with our automation. Our data providers use a multitude of ways to access people and company data. For the most part though, we don't use your cookie/login data. This means that we could miss some information here and there, especially if there are privacy restrictions in place for certain profiles. This would mean that your logged in profile has access to it, but our data providers may not. Sales Nav has access to private profiles which is also why you might find better data quality results here. All this being said, we're continuously working on improving our search algorithm/building the best growth tool possible and are always looking for feedback! If you have specific examples of the differences between your search results, please do share and I'd be more than happy to pass your feedback along to our engineering team.
We haven't heard back from you in a bit, so we're going to go ahead and close things out here - feel free to let us know if you still need something!
