Hey, I'm working on searching on for persons at a list of companies in the Belgium region. The list of companies contains around 300 companies but the number of people i get is just 40 (including many people working at the same company). Is there a way for me to get better results? Also, are there any data providers you offer that have better coverage in the EU region?
Here are some tips to improve your search results for people in Belgium:1. Use company social URLs instead of domains when searching, as this typically yields more accurate and comprehensive data. 2. Consider using HitHorizons for better EMEA coverage. This integration works particularly well when you provide both company name and country information. 3. When setting up your search: • Be specific with your search parameters • Define clear job titles and experience criteria • Set appropriate company size filters • Review and adjust your filters if the initial results aren't satisfactoryRemember that being as specific as possible in your search parameters will yield much better results over time. This precision in list building leads to better overall outcomes, as you can then create more tailored messaging for your prospects. This does not improve my results. Can you please give me any other solution?
Here are some strategies to improve your search results for people in Belgium:1. Use advanced search operators when building your search: • Combine "site::[linkedin.com](https:://linkedin.com)" with location-specific terms • Use quotes for exact matches like "Belgium" • Utilize AND/OR operators to combine search terms 2. Be as specific as possible with your search criteria. Instead of broad searches, focus on: • Precise job titles • Industry-specific keywords • Years of experience • This specificity will lead to better quality results and enable more targeted outreach. 3. When using Clay's Find People Search: • Set clear company attributes • Use both city and country locations (e.g., "Brussels, Belgium") • Include relevant industry keywords • Adjust your filters based on initial results • Set appropriate result limits per companyRemember that being precise in your search parameters will yield much better results than using broader criteria. My problem is the number of people generated, I guess more precise filtering will limit my search and give me even less results
To increase the number of people in your search results for Belgian companies, you can adjust the following settings:1. Increase the "Limit" parameter in your search settings. By default, this is set to 100 results, but you can increase it up to 250. 2. When using the Find People Search: • Set your location filter to "Belgium" • Adjust your overall record limit • Review and adjust your per-company limit to ensure you're getting maximum results • Click "Preview People" to check your results before importingNote: If you need to increase the limit beyond 250 results, you can contact friends@clay.run for assistance. Also, is their a way to optimize search results for EU region? Can I manually optimize it in some way? For example by adding additional data providers either on my own, or if you have any built in features to increase search results for EU?
Hey there! Thanks for reaching out - Happy Thanksgiving 🍂🍁🦃 Could you share your table link so I can take a look at what's happening? That small number of results usually pops up because of a few things: 1. Title mismatches - especially due to company sizes, titles, etc. 2. Smaller EU companies being less active on LinkedIn 3. Data coverage limitations Here's what we typically recommend to get more complete results: 1. Create a new People Table and save your search there 2. Use a Lookup from your Company table to the People table to see which companies actually have results 3. Fill in the gaps using Claygent! You can use AI to search Google for: - Missing titles - LinkedIn URLs - Full names (which helps find emails later) For Claygent, try a prompt like: "Find this {TITLE} at {company} in Belgium" and include any extra company info you have. Just make sure to specify you want their full name and LinkedIn URL in the output.
