We detected other emails that were being linked to this account. Weโve been experiencing increasing spam usage of our free credits on the trial, so we recently implemented some robust security measures against this as we grow! Unfortunately, we won't be able to unlock this email for you but if you have one that you've used previously that is locked, let us know and we can unlock it for you.
That's great to know Bruno. Here is a quick context to my situation here:-
First I logged in using my official email id and joined the learning cohort ran by Joseph W. in july.
In the middle of the cohort, I thought doing it using my personal email would be much helpful as we have asked not to use any free tool from our IT team
Joseph helped to transfer my credits to my personal email clay account But I was not able to access the slack community from my personal email id clay account as it was using the Linkedin url which i think is a pre requisite when someone tried to access the Clay Slack community.
So I raised a support request for the same as per Joseph W. suggestion and my official email id clay account was refreshed and for some reason the clay account associated with my personal email id is blocked.

No worries, can you see to that, the tables which I have created in the past and the credits are intact too?

I can but most of the tables which I built from my learning cohort are gone and it is attached with the wrong workspace of Browserstack.
One more thing when I try joining the slack community and have to fill the form, I use https://www.linkedin.com/in/anilpatra/ which is my LinkedIn URL but everytime i fill that I get an error of wrong URL. No idea why. Can you help fix that?

I can access the personal workspace now but I can see only the table that were there in my official account. Would appreciate it if we can arrange a screen sharing call for quicker troubleshooting if possible.
