How to Restore Disappeared Accounts in Your Workbook

Hi. I have a workbook where I was originally adding accounts via a csv file. I then added a set of new accounts but this time using the clay accounts search. When the new accounts loaded the original accounts disappeared from my list. Can I fix this?

Unfortunately, we don't have a direct way to restore specific accounts that disappeared from your workbook. However, you might be able to recover the entire table if it was recently deleted. Here's what you can try: 1. Go to your workspace and click on the Trash icon. 2. Look for the table containing your original accounts. 3. If you find it, click the ⟲ icon to recover the deleted table. If this doesn't work or if the table isn't in the Trash, you may need to re-import your original CSV file. I don't see it in the trash. If I do re-import, will I have to re use clay credits to re-do the data enrichment I had already done? And can I re import to this table now that it has company data from the clay account search?

When re-importing your original CSV file, you generally won't need to use additional Clay credits for data that's already been enriched. However, if you're adding new data or columns that require enrichment, those might use credits. You can indeed re-import your CSV into the existing table with company data from the Clay account search. Here's how: 1. Open your existing table 2. Click Actions > Import > Import Companies From a CSV 3. Upload your file 4. Select "Add to current table" > Continue 5. Choose the columns you want to add 6. Click "Add to table" To save credits, consider using Lookup columns to pull existing data from other tables or your CRM, avoiding duplicate enrichments. Also, for new users, it's recommended to skip default enrichments when importing to conserve trial credits.
