Hi there, the connection to our CRM is not working. It says, i need to upgrade. When I want to upgrade my plan it says "Ups something went wrong" - This is super critical to us today !

Hi Niklas, thank you for reaching out. Sometimes, upgrades do not work due to glitches in the system, so I suggest you try again later. In the meantime, I will temporarily activate the CRM enrichment for you for a week, so you can use it.

I’ve gone ahead and activated it for you for one month so you can test it out, as mentioned by my colleague Stefano. It should be all set now, and again, sorry for the oversight! Hey there - unfortunately this issue is occurring because Niklas previously submitted a data deletion request through our privacy vendor. When that happens, we delete the Stripe subscription and account. Niklas, do you remember doing this? It looks like it went through ~4 months ago.
