Urgent: Lost Credits After Upgrading to Paid Plan - Need Support

Upgraded to a paid plan two nights ago but this morning I logged on and all my credits were gone (2,300). Support tickets are taking a few hours every response, haven't gotten any updates on this matter. If help's available I'd appreciate it.

    It seems most of your credits were used on this table: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/420571/table/t_R6QvPaVadJJo. Specifically, you ran some job openings/listing searches that accounted for approximately 1.7k credits.
