Request for Title Specification in Local Business Prospecting Workflow

Hi there! I used the Local Business Prospecting Workflow to produce a list of law firms in the Gainesville, FL area. I see that it produced a list of employees at that company which is what I wanted. I'm now wondering if there's a way that I can specify particular titles that I'm looking for at each company?

Natasha I see there's a Find contacts enrichment running. you can use that to filter by job title and output contacts in the same table. Or, you can normalize the website output column, and use that as a company identifier to find people and push them into a new clay table. Hey Natasha, Jacob is right! You can set filters to specify particular job titles that you are looking for at each company by clicking on the header of the cell. Selecting 'Column Settings' where you'll be met with a screen as shown below. Then you can set specific job titles and other data points to further refine this people search within these companies. Apologies for the semantic error! 'Edit Column' is correct and where you should click to see this menu

No problem I see it now! So follow up question, can I have it spit out different titles into individual columns as a part of the workflow?

Wonderful! You definitely could. Most workflows using this setup involve writing the contact data into a separate table to keep the tables uncluttered. If you'd like to proceed with that, let me know—this table can be moved into a workbook for easier viewing across multiple tables.
