Hey team, I'd like to import leads from Hubspot based on a certain criteria. I just want to know this is possible. For example: leads are not reachable by phone, SDR tag the lead as not reacheable. Could it be sent to a Clay table on the next refresh?

Yes, you can import leads from HubSpot to Clay based on specific criteria. Here's how: 1. First, create a list in HubSpot that contains the leads matching your criteria (e.g., leads tagged as not reachable by phone). 2. Then, to import these leads into Clay: • Navigate to the Source panel (either create a new table or use Actions > Import in an existing table) • Select your HubSpot account • Choose "Contact" as the Object Type • Select your specific list from HubSpot • Choose which contact properties you want to import (from over 370 available fields)The data will populate your Clay table with the contacts from your specified HubSpot list. You can also enable auto-update to keep your table synchronized with any changes in HubSpot.
