Best Cold Email Platforms: Avoid Bounced Emails and Slow Support - Recommendations Needed

Hi folks! Could you share your favorite platform for sending cold emails and warming up? I’m currently using Smartlead, but I’m consistently encountering bounced emails in their warm-up service, which, in my opinion, is not acceptable. The support is slow, and despite my repeated attempts to request a fix, I’m still experiencing bounced emails during the warm-up process. Also, one inbox was disconnected from warm-up yesterday, and even after 24 hours, the support hasn’t provided any response on fixing it. This is quite frustrating – it raises concerns about the foundation of the service. If I’m encountering bounced emails during warm-up, then what service am I actually paying for? This is not a complaint; I’m just reaching out to see if anyone can suggest a similar platform without the problems I’ve explained above. Thank you in advance!

    Hey Daria!! Thanks for raising your concerns and hopefully some other users can share their experiences with other services. Of course, some of these other tools are Instantly or Lemlist which many users in Clay also have but I'm not familiar with their warm-up process.Let's see what others say!

    Arturo O. thank you!! I think it's more about the quality of customer support than how the warm-up function works. Technical issues can happen anywhere, and that's okay, but if the support team fails to address them in a timely and proper manner, I don't know how to solve this problem other than by changing the service.

    Hi Daria We had an offsite last week, which lead to slowness in our CS, we usually aim to resolve everything within 15 minutes of it being raised. Your feedback is duly noted though, i’ve reflected it with the team as well, on note of the bounced emails, most would be soft bounces from other’s mailboxes being full or being throttled, these have no reputational outcome. And once bounced they are removed from the pool, however,any follow up messages sent are sent from Google/Outlook as part of their delivery protocol. Regarding the warmup as a whole, we’re restructuring the whole thing in the coming weeks to make it significantly better
