Hello, I am currently exporting contacts via Sales Navigator, orchestrating through Zapier, enriching in Clay and then pushing to Apollo. I'm noticing some pretty large data discrepancies i.e. I scrape 1000 leads, but only 50 are being put into Clay and my Apollo sequence. Looking for help!
There are a few key reasons for the data discrepancies you're experiencing: 1. Sales Navigator has a built-in limit of 2,500 leads or 100 pages maximum per search. This means even if your search shows more results, you can only access up to this limit. 2. To get better coverage, try breaking down your Sales Navigator searches into smaller segments using filters like: ā¢ Headcount numbers ā¢ Seniority levels ā¢ Location 3. Before pushing data to other systems, it's important to validate and clean your data in Clay to ensure quality: ā¢ Check for duplicate records ā¢ Use Clay's data cleaning tools to normalize and standardize information ā¢ Remove invalid or incomplete entriesBy implementing these practices, you can improve the consistency and quality of data flowing through your workflow. Luckily I have done all of that already

Hey there Jackson thanks for reaching out, do you mind sending the link (url) to the table so we can take a look? https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1347419411/65baf32e1d2a789ffba395c6d35c/CleanShot+2025-01-22+at+_42I1FzxXHf%402x.png?expires=1737753300&signature=af30816a2f73a2212ee7a341a2960c8c537d940c54c0df32299dbc96f38a95d9&req=dSMjEc1%2FlIVeWPMW1HO4zVws4pYwCFergvYjA82bedB1IA%3D%3D%0A
Hey there Jackson taking a look at this, is there a particular example you have where this is occurring?
So I am scraping linkedin profiles using a tool called FindyMail that then triggers a zapier workflow to clean/format the data to the correct Clay tables. I've noticed this particularly happens when I am uploading new contacts to an existing Clay workspace like the one above
Once the lead data then hits Clay it should automatically place them in a sequence for every lead with an email address, but I'm capturing a very very small amount of leads in Apollo everytime I do this
Not sure if this is an issue with Clay or Apollo
Do you happen to have the API documentation for Apollo. Just want to check the HTTP columns, as the table is showing that all; of the rows ran without any errors.
