How do I write additional fields from a companies table to the linked “Find Contacts At Company” table?
To write additional fields from a companies table to the linked "Find Contacts At Company" table, you can use the lookup feature. Here's how: 1. In your "Find Contacts At Company" table, you'll find a lookup column that's automatically linked to your companies table. 2. To add more company data, simply rerun the lookup in your "Find Contacts At Company" table. This will pull the enriched company data into your contacts table. 3. This process ensures you have a comprehensive view of each contact's company context, combining individual and company information seamlessly. 4. Remember, whenever you add new company data to your company table, you can refresh this information by rerunning the lookup column in your "Find Contacts At Company" table. This approach not only saves on data credits but also creates a more integrated dataset.
Hi Katherine, the information contained in your company table should also be present in the second column of your find people table, which should be called "Company Data". Double-click on any cell within the Company Data column where the data is currently stored. A menu should appear on the right, displaying all the data that has been successfully imported into your Clay Table and is now nested in said column. Hover over any data in the pop-up menu that you’d like to add to the table, then click on "Add Column" > "Create Column," as shown below:
This should add the desired column to your Clay table.
awesome thx Stefano
