Claygent Prompt Down for 2 Weeks: Urgent Support Needed
🚨 Claygent prompt broken for 2+ weeks - blocking delivery, no resolution Hi Clay team - escalating again. We have a Claygent prompt that has been completely broken for over two weeks, and we’re still waiting for meaningful help. We’ve raised multiple tickets. We were told this would be looked into, and that we’d receive an update - but that never happened. Meanwhile:

The prompt is glitching in a way that causes infinite re-runs, which has doubled our API costs (~$500/week)
We’ve done everything possible on our end: rebuilt the prompt, verified inputs, removed conditionals, switched to JSON schema, tested on known-good profiles and devices - the issue is 100% isolated to this one Claygent prompt, which previously worked fine for 7 months.
