Efficient Workflow for Checking if a Company is in the Clay Table

Hey, team, I have a list of 21k companies in Clay. Is there a simple way or workflow to check if the company is in the table already and tell that right away?

I am trying to understand if I can add a check when a new domain is added to the list to notify me that it's here somewhere already. Hopefully, without running a full 'dedupe' on all lists. The reason I want it - is to prevent running any enrichment if the company exists already.

Lookups are between tables, my recommendation is to have one table with all the companies and use the lookup every time you import new companies to a new table
