Hey Support, I use leadmagic to verify my emails. I have the API key and its subscription so I always use that to verify my emails. For some reason, the account got switched to clay leadmagic account which used a ton of credits. I realised this once my enrichment got completed. Can you help me on this? I lost a lot of credits for no reason.
When using LeadMagic integrations, you can choose between the Clay-managed LeadMagic account or your own API key. If the Clay-managed account was selected, it charges Clay credits (1 credit for email validation, 10 credits for social profiles). To avoid this in future enrichments, ensure you select your own API key instead of the Clay-managed account in Step 1 of the LeadMagic integration setup. For credit refunds when providers can't deliver valid data, we refund those credits back to you. If you need further help with recovering credits from this specific situation, request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person."
looks like this has happened across several of my enrichments. I can show you my Lead magic subscription. I have had this since several months. I lost so many credits for no reason. In total I lost around 8.7k credits which is too much for me

When using Leadmagic, it’s important to make sure your personal API key is connected —You can add your key as Default anytime in your workspace settings under Integrations.
