How to Pin a Waterfall for Email Usage: Tips and Solutions

Hi, can someone help me with how to pin a waterfall? Even if I pin one it doesn't seem to work - slides back as if unpinned. Any help would be much appreciated. I using waterfalls for emails if that matters at all.

Make sure the output column is properly configured to display the final validated email. If the waterfall seems to "slide back," it might be because emails are found but fail validation, causing the process to continue.     Hey Nikita, thanks for reaching out! Yes, you can definitely pin the final email column. Currently, it’s not possible to pin an entire waterfall step, so you’ll need to manually pin the specific enrichment columns you want to keep. Let me know if you have any follow up questions!

    Hey Daniel, thank you for assisting. I know the option to pin appears on the final column but I think for some reason the column doesn't act like it were pinned even if actually pinned. Attaching an example

    Hey Nikita, thanks for sharing the video. Can you do a hard refresh for me? A hard refresh will clear the cache for the page that you're on and load the most recent version of the page. This can often resolve issues with outdated content or errors that have been fixed on the server side but are still being displayed due to cached data. Here are the steps you can follow depending on your operating system and browser: For Mac: ** Chrome/Firefox: Press Cmd + Shift + R ** Safari: Press Cmd + Option + R

    Hey Nikita, sorry for the back and forth. I double-checked with the team but columns within waterfall groups cannot be pinned. We might think of pinned groups later but the idea would be either the entire group would have to be pinned or unpinned. Sorry about that.     Thank you for the help Daniel. A quick confirmation in that case - since pinning an entire waterfall (group) is not supported, pinning a column from withing the waterfall is also not supported. Therefore as of now, this is not doable. Would like a confirmation for my understanding.
