Help needed with lost credits and adjusting subscription start date

Hey team, I need a bit of help sorting out a blunder on my part. So, yesterday I had about 3000 credits left, and I figured they'd refresh by the end of February 16th. Turns out, they've already reset, and I've lost 'em. πŸ˜” Is there any chance I could get those credits back? Also, it'd be awesome if we could adjust my subscription to start fresh from tomorrow. If someone could lend a hand with this, I'd be forever grateful! Thanks a bunch!

    Hmm - is it possible to add the remaining credits from last month to this month as a one off situation? We've just been confused by when the subscription was to renew honestly so this would be super helpful
