Hi, can you please add my credits on from when I had my subscription live in August. I kept a screenshot of my old credits (14,400) to add back to my account.

Thanks Bo. I've upgraded yesterday, the credits are from August, and when I cancelled I was assured they would be re-added when I reactivated my subscription.

If you buy an annual plan, you get all your credits upfront, and you can use them however and whenever you’d like. You can read more about the Credit Roll Over Update here.
