Improving Email Deliverability and LinkedIn Follow-Up Strategies

Hi, I’m reaching out for some advice on improving our email deliverability and integrating LinkedIn follow-ups. Our company sends a significant number of emails to the US, but we’ve been facing issues with a lot of them landing in spam folders. Additionally, our account has been restricted a couple of times, and we’d like to prevent that from happening again. We’re hoping to find a tool that’s reliable in ensuring better email deliverability and, ideally, allows us to track whether an email lands in the spam folder or not. Does anyone have experience with this or recommendations on which tools to use? As a next step, we’d also like to automate LinkedIn connection requests and send follow-up LinkedIn messages to the people we contact via email. If anyone has insights or solutions for this type of workflow within Clay, I’d love to hear your suggestions! Thanks in advance for your help! Donát

Hey Donát, thanks for the inquiry! Will let other people in the community share but also happy to help from Clay's side of things. Regarding the types of tools people use, I've seen many users recommend either Instantly or Smartlead to keep track of these situations. When it comes to finding emails, often the ones causing deliverability issues even if the email validation returns "valid" are catch-all type of emails. We offer the option to exclude those emails from the final results that the email finders collect, if you decide to use any email validation tool like Zerobounce.
