Hi, I have a super urgent emergency — since last week, I haven’t been able to access my Clay account and I keep getting this warning. I already wrote to the suggested email address 7 days ago but still haven’t received an answer.

Your account may have been locked due to our security measures to combat spam usage of free trial credits. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. If you haven't received a response yet, here are some steps to try: 1. If you originally signed up with a password, try logging out completely and using the "forgot password" option to reset it. 2. If you don't receive a password reset email, you likely used Google Authentication to sign in. Try logging in with Google instead.
