Hey sorry if this is a dumb question, but when I import a CRM list of leads, I only see 5 column rows. How do I filter based on existing CRM fields (title, persona, etc) instead of having to enrich it from another source?
When importing CRM data into Clay, you can filter your data using existing CRM fields through these steps: 1. Select your CRM account in Clay 2. Specify the Object Type you want to import (e.g., Leads, Contacts) 3. Use the Filter Objects option to define which fields you want to filter by (like title or persona) 4. Enter your filter values directly or reference data from other columnsYou can use either existing fields that are already in your CRM (like "Contact Name", "Lead Status", title, or persona) without needing to create new ones. This allows your Clay data to fit seamlessly into your current setup. Hey Mark, no such thing as a dumb question—glad you're here! Can you send over the table URL? That way, I can take a quick look. Typically, the data is stored inside the object, and you can access it by clicking on a row and hovering over the values to add them as columns. You can also reference specific fields directly using the forward slash (/) in any tool. Check outthis video - it walks through how to use clay and is super helpful.
