Troubleshooting Sales Nav's Waterfall Feature for Finding Work Emails

Imported a list of leads from my Sales Nav search, the "waterfall" to find work emails does not to appear to have run, how can I get this going to capture emails?

I brought in lead lists scraped from Findymail (had my own account and credits to burn to transition to Clay) and Phantombuster into this table. But the work email waterfall on specifically on rows 1704 on, which came in from Phantombuster do not appear to be working, thanks for your help

Hey John, it looks like you have "First Name" in the full name input

If you click add new column, then select formula -> you can type out "Combine first_name with a space and then with last_name"

Just be sure to type a / to enter the column

I did this even thought I already had a full name column (column 2) but followed instruction and did last column and still not generating any email addresses here is the table again https://app.clay.com/workspaces/129328/tables/t_Rx3VvzOiivyQ/views/gv_V6qzdfONAyZc

We’re using a new tool that auto closes/changes ticket statuses, need to tweak it a bit as this was in the wrong status

Ok saw the full name column - it looks like you didn’t change the input for the email providers though:

yeah this isn't working, I burn credits to get these verified emails? yeah these are all BS emails of @linkedin I don't see how this helpful. What again am I missing? I know Clay can be a resource for me to super scale (this is just test one of 50, I want to buy tons of credits), but I'm not getting the 1st step which is data delivered to me to even begin automating...... #frustrated

I have 6786 contacts pulled from LinkedIn search, that I imported the CSV after scraping from PhantomBuster and Findly, I can't imagine not being able to find emails via Clay
