Upgrade from Explorer to Pro Plan: Immediate Options?

We were on Explorer plan, and tried to upgrade to Pro, but it said it will upgrade in a months time. Can we not switch right now?

Navigate to Plans & billing in the left sidebar. 3. Click the Change plan button. 4. Select the Pro plan and review the details. 5. Click Upgrade to confirm. Your new Pro plan will be activated right away, and any applicable charges will be applied. The new credit allotment will be added to your current credit balance, allowing you to use the new features immediately. Hey Ravi, thanks for reaching out! Interesting, where did it say you were unable to upgrade until a month later? On our end your plan shows that it has been upgraded and is on a Pro level plan. Let me know if this doesn't sound right or how we can best assist!
