Upgrade from Explorer to Pro Plan: Immediate Options?

We were on Explorer plan, and tried to upgrade to Pro, but it said it will upgrade in a months time. Can we not switch right now?

Hey Ravi, thanks for reaching out! Interesting, where did it say you were unable to upgrade until a month later? On our end your plan shows that it has been upgraded and is on a Pro level plan. Let me know if this doesn't sound right or how we can best assist!
