Clay S. Is there a problem with services? My source (import records from SalesForce) is constantly running and cannot be stopped. Looks like its stuck
Try performing a hard refresh to resolve the stuck import: - Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R - Mac: Cmd + Shift + R If the issue persists, clear your browser cache and refresh the view. By default, our Salesforce imports sync every 24 hours, so the process may appear to be running continuously. If you need to stop auto-updates, click your table name in the top bar and select "Disable auto-update" from the dropdown.
"36 records found. Running again. New offset: 36 and new last id: xxx." what does that mean?
Hi - Patryk W. If your Salesforce import in Clay is stuck and won't stop, do this Refresh Clay completely (hard refresh) Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) or Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) Go to the table Click "..." (three dots) then Duplicate table This breaks the stuck sync loop. Delete the original table (if safe) or leave it alone the new one works fine. Re-import Salesforce in the new table, or continue working from it.
I just deleted the source with keeping the rows and added a new source which starts from not uploaded records. Not super happy about it but works
Hi Patryk - thanks so much for reaching out and sorry to hear you were having trouble. The specific message you got means Clay found 36 records in the current batch and is now fetching the next set, starting from record 37. The "offset: 36" and "last id: xxx" are used to paginate results and avoid duplicates as the system continues retrieving data. The system will continue this pattern until all available records are processed or a predefined limit is reached.
