Troubleshooting GPT-4o Access Issues with Clay and OpenAI

Hello hello, when I try to connect my personal OpenAi account with my secret key I get the following error in Clay: "The model gpt-4o does not exist or you do not have access to it." - but I do? Can someone help me troubleshoot please? Thanks!

Hey Julie! 😊 It sounds like the issue might be related to the type of OpenAI API plan you have. Sometimes, being on the free API plan isn’t the same as having access to all models like the ChatGPT chatbot. Can you check if you have access to the specific model through your API account? You can find this info in your OpenAI account settings. • Usage • Limits • Usage Tiers Also, if you do have access, could you let me know which tier you’re on and what your TPM (tokens per minute) limit is?
