Request to Downgrade GTMBA Account and Issue Refund

hey clay team - can you please put my account for GTMBA (chris@gtmba.ai) back down to free trial? I tried to use the API use case which made me upgrade, but it didn't work so didn't end up using. Could you please issue a refund for this and bump me back down to free? Thanks

Hey Chris, thanks for reaching out! Happy to help out here, what as the email associated with the account you upgraded? Not seeing any purchases associated with the email (chris@gtmba.ai). Just want to make sure we're on the same page! :)
