Do you have any logs showing that data was sent to Clay? A webhook is just a receiver, so if it's not receiving anything, it's typically because the sender didn't send anything. Could you check on their end to see if they have any logs of data being sent to Clay?

Sorry, I need to clarify a few things to help troubleshoot this issue properly.
When you say there are no issues, do you mean all values are being sent correctly? To investigate further, I'll need: 1. The logs showing the attempted transmission 2. Approximate time when this occurred 3. Information about how they're sending the data 4. An example from the logs so we can check for specific errors If there's no error on their end and none on our end, it suggests the data might be going to the wrong destination. Is this something you're still experimenting with? We haven't received other reports of this issue at the moment.
