Clay S. I am having an error when using ocean lookalike. It is able to find lookalike companies if I do not filter the states but when I specify the states it says it cant be process. Any ideas on how to fix this?
When using Ocean.io for company lookalikes, location filtering works differently than you might expect. Instead of filtering directly by states, you'll need to use the geolocation parameters: 1. Use the "Headquarter Geolocation Latitude and Longitude" field 2. Specify the "Headquarter Geolocation Radius" in meters 3. Make sure to use both parameters together, as they work as a pairFor example, if you want to find companies in New York City, you would: ** Enter coordinates like "40.7128,-74.0060" (NYC coordinates) ** Set an appropriate radius in meters to cover your desired areaIf you're still experiencing processing issues, try these troubleshooting steps: ** Make your search queries more specific ** Break large data requests into smaller batches * Verify your input data format is correct Sources: Find Lookalike Companies with Ocean.io with Ocean.io Ocean.io integration overview | Documentation | Clay University
Hey Adam, thanks for reaching out! When you find lookalikes without the states filter applied, what locations does it show?
