Splitting and Handling Duplicate Emails in Excel - Formula Issue

Hi I am trying to split and email column that contains duplicate emails into a new column (or remove the duplicates in the current column). When I run the formula it is only moving emails that are already unique to the new column and not running on the cells that have multiple emails in. Thanks
