Not sure what happened in your latest update, but when I create a custom AI instance w/ Claude Sonnet 3.7 it won't save the prompt and returns an error. This happens even when I hit "Save and Don't Run" then run it https://app.clay.com/workspaces/484780/workbooks/wb_0sxae879idXijoByZkN/tables/t_0sxcks6bhRFa9YVUXMP/views/gv_0sxcks6QG868yRRvtiT
For persistent error messages in Clay, try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the view to resolve the issue. When configuring AI prompts, ensure that any required fields are properly set up in the Prompt Editor - the "Required to Run" toggle helps avoid errors caused by empty or incomplete rows. Also verify that dynamic prompt inputs are correctly linked to the appropriate columns, which is crucial when you have multiple columns connected to the same endpoint. What specific error message are you seeing when trying to save your Claude Sonnet 3.7 prompt?
this didn't answer my question
can someone please help
this error is still happening
and I can't use any LLMs in my tables
Hi Henry, thanks for your message - taking a closer look at this now. Just to clarify, when you create a new prompt, and you click on save and run the action, the prompt does not save and the action runs regardless? Could you share the url to the table where you're seeing this behavior so I can take a closer look?
yeah i'll input the prompt and do save and run
and it doesn't save the prompt
i also tried save and do not run and then running it
still didn't work
I also cleared cache and hard refreshed
Can you share the prompt with me so I can attempt to reproduce the issue on my end, and share this with our engineering team?
Generate a single lowercase buyer type noun (plural form only) that represents specific institutional purchasers within the SLED (State, Local, Education) market ONLY. This token will be inserted into personalized outreach emails for Starbridges technology sales campaign. DETERMINATION PROCESS: 1. First, understand that SLED stands for State, Local, and Education government entities ONLY 2. Federal agencies (including military, FTC, FDA, FCC, USDA, etc.) are NOT part of SLED and must be excluded 3. Verify if the buyer type falls into one of these three categories: - STATE: state agencies, state departments, state offices - LOCAL: cities, counties, municipalities, towns, townships, villages, special districts - EDUCATION: K-12 schools, school districts, universities, colleges, community colleges 4. If the buyer type relates to federal government in any way, DO NOT return it REQUIREMENTS: 1. Return ONLY the lowercase plural buyer type noun 2. Do not include any additional text, explanation, or punctuation 3. The output will be inserted into: \Looks like there are 23 {{buyer_type_plural}} that have a high likelihood of investing in [product]...\ Examples of appropriate SLED buyer types (these match Starbridges public sector focus): STATE LEVEL: - state agencies - state departments - state offices - state universities LOCAL LEVEL: - municipalities - county governments - city governments - town councils - local governments - police departments - fire departments - public utilities - public libraries - transit authorities - water districts - park districts - housing authorities - public safety agencies EDUCATION LEVEL: - school districts - public schools - k-12 schools - community colleges - universities - school boards - school systems - charter schools - higher education institutions EXAMPLES OF INVALID OUTPUTS (DO NOT USE): - federal agencies - military branches - federal departments - federal contractors - national agencies - cabinet offices — Here is the company name: Company Name Here is their website: Domain
Henry - Sorry for this, it looks like we've got a bug on our hands. I've escalated this to our engineering team to help look into it. We'll follow up here as soon as we know more!
kk thx
Hey, guys! Just saw this question and it's happening in our account too, but when we use OpenAI 4o mini, we've lost the prompt in four workbooks.
Hey there Henry thanks for reaching out, sorry for the delay here, the team is still investigating this issue at the moment
following up here
Hello Henry! Thanks for reaching out again. Apologies for the delay. The issue seems to be in progress with the engineering team. I understand this might not be the best answer but I am sure we will get an update in a while. Apologies again. Let me know if there is anything else that I can do to help you!
Good news! Happy to report that we heard back from the team and this issue should be fixed. Try a quick refresh (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R) and let us know if the problem has been resolved on your end, or if you still have trouble. Thank you for your patience as we worked on it.
awesome thank you!
