How to Undo Large Contact Import in Clay and Request Credit Refund

Hi - I am new to clay and mistakenly imported a very large list of contacts (10K) into an existing contact table of 500. I thought it would only pull from companies in an existing table, but this limited was removed. Is there a way to reverse the action and refund the credits?

    For imported rows, you have a brief window to undo the action through the alert/confirmation that appears in the bottom-right corner of your screen. After that brief period, we are unable to recover or reverse the imported data.Regarding credit refunds, these are only available for specific enrichment actions that don't return valid data. If you've used any enrichments on the imported contacts, you may be eligible for refunds on actions that didn't return results. You can view the complete list of refundable actions in our documentation.To prevent similar situations in the future: ** Use the preview button before importing ** Test enrichments on a few rows first * Double-check your import settings carefully before proceedingIf you need to discuss specific credit refund scenarios, please request to speak with a human agent who can review your case in detail.
