Hey team! I just paid for Clay, but none of the features are unlocking. I closed my browser, cleared my cache. Logged in and out. It still shows locked features, but my credit card was charged.

After a payment, it typically takes 1-2 hours for credits to be reflected in your account due to our card provider's transaction processing time. For example, if you made your purchase at 12 PM, your credits might not appear until 1 PM.If you continue to experience issues after waiting 2 hours, please let us know. And I have 1 board that has 4 records on it? How did my 2,000 credits already get used?

Is lemlist and Hubspot enrichment integrations a higher plan than starter?
I see the 2k credits as well, but I can’t integrate clay with any of the tools I use with those credits
Hey Brian, that's correct Lemlist and Hubspot require higher tier plans. Lemlist can be accessed starting on an Explorer Plan and Hubspot requires a Pro Plan or above to access. I'm happy to enable these features for you temporarily if you'd like to try them out!
Tanvi R. thank you for explaining this! 🙏 I don’t have the budget to purchase these higher plans, the reason I upgraded is because I thought these integrations would be included in the starter plan. I should’ve looked a bit harder. I’d actually like to cancel, and get a refund if possible. Because I won’t be using clay for any other use cases other than integrating with Lemlist and Hubspot. But I’m not at the volume of usage to justify $300+ per month for these use cases.
I’ll just continue to do my manual workflows instead
