Hello peeps. Looking for some best practice. Started with a table of companies. Used Apollo to populate a list of contacts at that company in the same table. The Apollo column returns 'Found x people' and show one of those contacts in the row, remaining contacts are hidden. My objective is to send all contacts an email if email is available via my sequencer. Am I required to create a new table of all the contacts by row?
๐ Hey there! Our support team has got your message - we'll be back in touch soon. If you haven't already, please include the URL of your table in this thread so that we can help you as quickly as possible!
Yup - you should write the contacts into a new table, enrich the emails of people there. So now you will have a company table and a people table. Lookup any details into the people table of the company that you want to use in copy. Combine people and company enrichments to write copy. Use a sequencer column - Smartlead/Instantly to push leads to the campaign.
Kushagra nailed it โ thanks for chiming in. Write-to-table is the perfect option for this โ separating the focus of each table, while still allowing you to pull in the relevant company details during the write process. A couple resources on that here: https://www.clay.com/university/lesson/write-to-table-clay-101 https://www.clay.com/university/guide/write-to-table-integration-overview
Thanks guys. Love the community.
