Leverage historical work data: • Enable the "Include Past Experiences" toggle when searching • Apply filters across both current and previous roles to understand career progression • This gives you a comprehensive view of their professional journey and potential pain points For the most effective results, be hyper-specific about your personas and consider all possible variations of job titles since our search doesn't currently support semantic matching.
