Automating Email Sequencing and Status Updates in Clay Tool

Hey all, I am building a introduction request flow in clay and want to understand if it is possible to automate adding 3-5 records to an email sequencing tool. OR do I need to throttle the emails once it is in the sequencing tool? Second, Can I automatically update a status in my clay table once the email from the sequencer is sent?

You can export records from Clay to your email sequencing tool, but Clay doesn't directly track the status of sent emails from the sequencer. Here's what you can do: 1. To export records to your sequencer: • Open your Clay table • Click 'Actions' and select 'Export' • Choose 'Export messages to sequencer' • Define your messages and click 'Continue' • Select your campaign and map the required fields • Save and run the export Clay integrates with various email sequencing tools including Smartlead, Instantly, Salesloft, Outreach, Hubspot and others. You can also use HTTP API to connect to any other tool. Regarding email status updates: Clay doesn't replace or directly sync with your email sequencer. You'll need to manage the email sending and status tracking within your chosen sequencing tool.
