We have a workflow that can help you extract data points from call recordings for personalized messaging. Here's how you can set it up: 1. Use our Gong integration to pull call transcripts into Clay. 2. Set up the Gong integration: • Add a new table in Clay and select Gong as the source. • Use the "Get call transcript" action to retrieve transcripts. 3. Use AI to analyze transcripts: • Add a ChatGPT column to your table. • Customize the prompt to extract specific data points you need for personalization. 4. (Optional) Set up Slack integration to send insights to relevant teams. This workflow will help you automatically extract and analyze data from call recordings for personalized messaging. If you need more detailed guidance, let me know!

We do not use Gong. We have another tool for meeting notes.

While our Gong integration is a popular option, we understand you use a different tool for meeting notes. To create a workflow for extracting data points from call recordings, you can: 1. Use Clay's HTTP API feature to connect to your meeting notes tool's API. 2. Set up a table in Clay to pull in your call data and transcripts. 3. Use AI analysis with ChatGPT columns to extract specific data points from the transcripts. 4. (Optional) Set up Slack integration to send insights to relevant teams. For detailed guidance on setting this up with your specific tool, you may want to request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person".

Hey, happy to help with this! Which tool are you using for call recordings or meeting notes? If it can connect to a webhook, you can send that data directly into a Clay table using our webhook step. Once it lands in Clay, you can enrich it with relevant data points and personalize the messaging before sending it to your CRM or outreach tool. Feel free to share a few more details about your current setup and we’ll walk you through the best way to build it!

I am also looking to launch a new campaign based on recent job postings. How can I use Clay to give me the best possible outcomes?

Hi Udit, thanks for your message! Here's some context on the documentation provided by fathom on their native integrations: https://help.fathom.video/en/categories/66048. Fathom currently does not have an open API so you'll have to go through a low code/no code automation platform to push webhooks from fathom to clay. What could be helpful here would be to push call transcripts to Hubspot and then process them with our native hubspot integration, pulling in the field where you store call recordings and build logics on top of it. As for your second question, Clay allows you to find unique data to build your gtm motion, and in this case I think a mix of the following tools would be particularly helpful: 1. Our native job search table source:

    2. Claygent, to process the job listings and qualify those positions which meet your ICP criteria. Here's a video showing you how to use Claygent at its full potential: https://www.clay.com/university/lesson/claygent-ai-web-scraper-clay-101 Let me know if this helps!
