Looking for Clay Experts for Lead Generation Consulting and Support

I’ve just discovered Clay and believe it will do everything we’ve been doing manually. Admittedly, I’m going to have to play with this pretty extensively to duplicate our workflow and unfortunately, I don’t know the limitations of what Clay can and can’t do. Out of respect for the community, are there Clay experts that offer themselves up as consultants? Example, he’s a straightforward use case that I’m sure people have inquired about several times already in this community (I apologize if I’m the hundredth person who’s inquired): > I’d like to create a comprehensive leads list inside of Salesforce for our team, which would be updated every 24 hours. It would scrape the usual job boards for specific positions that fall within our specialization such as Data Scientist and Machine Learning Engineers located in the Greater San Francisco area. Clay would populate the lead within Salesforce with all available information about the company, identify potential hiring managers, and suggest appropriate contact information such as personal and business emails and phone numbers. >> We’d like to target companies that maybe are hiring hybrid or onsite (filtering out companies who are hiring remote and likely have thousands of existing applicants). We’d also like to target jobs on LinkedIn that might have been reposted, which would represent a signal of not having enough qualified candidates. >>> The end result would be an ongoing, always updated every 24 hours, a list of potential hiring managers who’d be hiring. The other example would be targeting companies that might have announced funding in a particular area such as San Francisco: > This would create a list of companies who’ve recently raised funding, use AI to determine if the company falls into our specialization such as B2B SaaS or B2C Internet. >> This leads list would then create a list of perspective individuals that we might want to connect with on LinkedIn who are part of the executive team within the company. I think you get the idea. Please let me know if this is something you’ve solved before on Clay and could consult with us.

While this isn't a normal workflow as most people just create automate email campaigns, this is possible to do. Here's the workflow: Workflow 1: Creating a Comprehensive Leads List in Salesforce Objective: Build and maintain an automated leads list for hiring managers, updated every 24 hours. 1. Data Collection: • Scrape job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor) for job postings that match specific roles (e.g., Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer). • Filter for jobs in the Greater San Francisco area and exclude remote positions. 2. Enrichment: • Use Clay to enrich job post data with: • Company details (name, industry, size, location). • Hiring manager details (identify relevant decision-makers, such as Heads of Engineering, Recruiters, or Team Leads). • Contact information (e.g., emails, phone numbers). 3. Advanced Filtering: • Identify reposted job ads, signaling companies struggling to find qualified candidates. • Focus only on hybrid or onsite positions to target a specific market. 4. Integration with Salesforce: • Push the enriched data into Salesforce as a structured leads list. • Ensure the list auto-updates every 24 hours, pulling in new leads and refreshing existing ones. Workflow 2: Targeting Recently Funded Companies Objective: Build a leads list of executives in newly funded companies within specific industries. 1. Data Collection: • Scrape funding announcements or press releases (e.g., Crunchbase, PitchBook, AngelList). Focus on companies based in a specific geographic area (e.g., San Francisco). 2. Industry Analysis: Use AI tools within Clay to analyze company data and filter for those in relevant specializations (e.g., B2B SaaS, B2C Internet). 3. Enrichment: Identify key decision-makers or executives (e.g., CEO, CTO, VP of Sales) using data from LinkedIn, company websites, or other sources. • Collect LinkedIn profiles and relevant contact details. 4. Integration: • Compile this data into Salesforce for easy access by the team. • Ensure the list is updated daily to include new funding announcements and refreshed company data.
