Hiring Expert for Contact Sourcing and Data Enrichment in Franchising

Hiring for Clay/scraping expert. I need somebody who can find contacts based on intent and/or engagement with offers similar to the one I'm offering, then enrich the absolute crap out of the data with as many relevant data points as possible. Targeting franchisors, franchisees, and anybody who might eventually be a franchisee/franchisor.
