Sales Account Executive – B2B Lead Generation Agency We’re Grow Surely, a fast-growing lead generation and Clay agency that helps B2B companies land more high-quality sales meetings and clients, predictably. Our clients are B2B CEOs, founders, and sales decision-makers who value results, speed, and precision. We’re looking for a driven Sales Account Executive to take qualified demos, follow up, and close deals. This is not a prospecting role - you’ll be working with warm, booked meetings, selling a service with a proven track record. What you’ll do:
Run 40+ demo calls per month with qualified B2B prospects
Follow up with leads until they close
Manage your own pipeline and keep CRM up to date
Hit and exceed monthly close targets (minimum 4, target 8 by year-end)
Work closely with the founders to refine the sales process and improve close rates
What we’re looking for:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proven B2B closing experience (preferably selling high-ticket services or SaaS)
Strong consultative selling skills and ability to speak to C-level executives
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a high volume of demos and follow-ups
Comfortable in a remote, performance-driven environment
Ideally experience working with Clay and Instantly
