Here’s my website. https://www.joehinderstein.com/ 🎉I’m looking for a GTM Engineer…someone to help develop scalable outbound email campaigns (Clay + SmartLead) for my current and future customers. This is a full-time role for a 1-month trial period at $3,000 per month, with potential for extension. If the 1 month trial period goes well, this will expand to include revenue sharing opportunities! Key Responsibilities
Design and execute structured, data-driven outbound campaigns, creating a repeatable pipeline to test and refine new outreach strategies.
Monitor our total addressable market (TAM) to identify key intent triggers, ensuring timely and strategic engagement with potential customers.
Engage the right prospects at the right time, using automation to scale personalization across email.
Leverage tools like 🔥Clay and 📢SmartLead to automate, optimize, and personalize outbound prospecting at scale.
Operate on a follow-the-sun model, where you work during your day hours during my evenings, and we meet once per day for 15-30 minutes
Juggle multiple projects at once.
This role is not customer-facing.
Qualifications
1️⃣Proficiency with GTM (Clay and SmartLead) tech stacks and designing/executing outbound email campaigns.
2️⃣Expertise in managing and integrating complex tech ecosystems.
3️⃣Excellent attention to detail and process-oriented mindset. Exhibits adaptability/flexibility, entrepreneurial spirit & growth mindset.
