Director of Account Management - RevGen Labs About RevGen Labs: RevGen Labs specializes in generating leads through sophisticated cold outbound email campaigns. We manage about 20 high-value clients, providing comprehensive services including mailbox setup, targeting, list building/cleaning, copywriting, and AI-powered auto-responders. Role Overview: As the Director of Account Management, you will lead a team of Account Managers, each handling multiple client accounts. Your primary focus will be on implementing effective account management strategies to drive meeting bookings, enhance client communication, and ensure consistent client success. You’ll be responsible for managing client expectations, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaign execution. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Project Management:
Develop and implement scalable project management systems to streamline campaign launches, performance tracking, and client reporting.
Create standardized processes and establish KPIs to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality leads and improve client satisfaction.
Oversee the integration and optimization of AI-powered auto-responders and other tools for each client.
Team Leadership & Process Optimization:
Guide Account Managers in effectively managing their client portfolios.
Implement best practices for mailbox management, targeting, list building, and copy optimization.
Step in to handle escalations and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Client Success & Retention:
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality leads through our cold email campaigns.
Proactively identify opportunities to expand services or improve results for each client.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
Leverage tools like Smartlead, Apollo, Clay, and Mailreef to execute and refine cold email strategies.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions on resource allocation and strategy adjustments.
Client Communication & Feedback:
Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring transparent and effective communication.
Gather and synthesize client feedback to refine strategies and improve service delivery.
Proactively address client concerns and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B account management or sales, preferably in the cold email or lead generation space.
Strong project management skills with a track record of implementing effective systems and processes.
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Proficiency with CRM systems and email marketing tools.
Excellent communication skills, both with clients and internal teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with AI-powered marketing tools or auto-responders.
Knowledge of email deliverability best practices.
Familiarity with Smartlead, Apollo, Clay, Mailreef. n8n, apify, and other more advanced tools are a plus but not necessary
