The Role We’re looking for a GTM Engineer/Senior Marketing Operations Manager who can own and optimize our marketing engine. You’ll be the go-to expert for Clay, HubSpot, and marketing automation, driving campaign execution, performance tracking, and channel insights. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Product Marketing, this role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, systems, and strategy. What you’ll do:
Own Automation Engineering: Build and optimize complex workflows, nurture sequences, automations, GTM engineering, lead scoring, and data hygiene.
Tool Integrations: Connect Clay & Hubspot with other platforms (like Gong, Outreach, G2, Segment, Google Ads, Octave, and more) to create a unified marketing stack.
Reporting & Analytics: Create dashboards and reports to track funnel performance, CAC, attribution, and conversion metrics.
Campaign Execution: Partner with the growth and content teams to launch and manage multi-channel campaigns from end to end.
Channel Performance Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Search Console, Capterra, and G2 to derive insights and recommend investments.
Budget & CAC Tracking: Monitor spend across paid channels and provide clear reporting on ROI, CAC, and performance trends.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with growth, product marketing, and sales to ensure smooth data handoffs, feedback loops, and strategy alignment.
What we expect from you:
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand gen, or growth marketing.
Automation expertise – you live and breathe workflows, automation, and segmentation.
Strong command of marketing tools (Clay, Octave, Hubspot, Gong, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads, GSC, etc.).
Experience with B2B SaaS and understanding of the modern GTM tech stack.
Highly analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
Comfortable working autonomously and proactively identifying opportunities.
Strong collaborator with great communication skills—you know how to turn data into action.
Nice to Haves:
Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
Familiarity with attribution modeling and multi-touch campaign tracking.
Prior experience in an early-stage or high-growth SaaS environment.
Working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, or similar analytics platforms.
