As an inbox manager in our business you will be working alongside me. Training, SOPs and videos will be provided for all tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Reply to emails from cold email campaigns and manage Airtable CRM. - Communicate with us and our clients via Slack. - Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all communications. - Track performance metrics and provide insights for campaign optimization. - Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new outreach strategies. Requirements - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - Ability to work during US working hours. - Ability to respond to emails within 5-10 minutes. - Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Experience in cold emailing or digital marketing is a big plus.
