Hiring a Social Media Marketing Specialist for Leadgen Agency

Hello Everyone, I am looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. I have a leadgen agency which is growing I now I want to pump up my social media game 🙂 So I am looking for someone that can help me setting up daily Linkedin, Instagram and X Posts. I would like to start with Youtube Videos as well in a little bit. Topics will be around Sales Stratgies, Lead Generation, Clay etc. For now it would be parttime. I am looking for someone that has done this for at least three years, has a very good understanding of what kind of posts go well, great copy writing skills, an eye for good design and especially good sense for strategy and growth. I would prefer someone that has already deep knowledge and understanding in Sales & Lead Generation, knows the Influencers in this space and had similar roles in the past.
