*We are hiring for a* Director of GTM @ ! *Location:* Remote (US time-zone preferred) *Type:* Full-Time or Contractor (+ future equity options) *Start Date:* ASAP *About * Serpire is an outbound agency which specifically helps marketing agencies book meetings with SaaS companies. We are building our own internal MEGA SaaS database where we have all of the data the rest of the market can’t reach. We have specific playbooks we run which drive leads almost 100% of the time on day 1 (we aren’t joking.) *The Role* We’re hiring for a Director of GTM who is already a Clay wizard and has the ability to help manage our clients and run the playbooks for us. This includes client onboarding, Clay table making and copy-writing (adjusting) and signal stacking. This role is for someone who has already run 100s of successful outbound campaigns and knows exactly how to not just get positive replies but frame it in a way which leads into a meeting. We use tools like Clay, Pandamatch, Click-Up, , N8N, Relevance AI (AI sales agents) with a triage of multiple inbox vendors + we operate our day-to-day on Slack. *What You’ll Do* • Design and execute outbound systems using Clay and other GTM tools • Build segmentation logic based on ICP, triggers, and intent signals • Write and test cold outbound messaging and campaign copy for email and LinkedIn • Set up automation for enrichment, delivery, attribution, and alerts • Connect systems across outbound and paid channels to monitor performance and trigger changes • Own the full campaign lifecycle from planning and copy to iteration and results *What We’re Looking For* • You’ve built campaign systems using Clay or similar tools and understand the GTM ecosystem • You have working knowledge of B2B copywriting including subject lines, hooks, and CTAs • You know how to segment audiences based on persona, timing, and context • You are experienced with email deliverability setup, monitoring, and warm-up best practices • You have strong prompting skills and know how to get quality output from tools like GPT • You are self-directed and comfortable owning client-facing work • You think in terms of systems and outcomes rather than tasks or checklists • Someone who has the ability to hire new talent in the future as we grow *Bonus Points* • You have operated as a own Clay freelancer • You have experience at established start-ups or other outbound agencie • Ability to run quick copy tests and optimize based on feedback • Interest in building with AI tools or deploying internal agents for GTM operations *Why Work With Us* • Remote-first and relaxed culture • Work when you want, the hours you want, as long as you get the job done • We can turn you into a viral LinkedIn creator • You have a chance to own a share of the pie *How to Apply* • Send a short Loom video (2 to 3 minutes max) to In your email, include: • Your previous results on outbound and a high-level synopsis of the offer + databuild and the type of ICP • Any links to tables you have made in the past so we can see your tabling style
