Hiring High-Ticket Closer for B2B Lead Generation Role
We are looking for a High-Ticket Closer to sell our B2B lead generation offer. Location: Remote (US Time Zone availability and native English preferred) Compensation: 10% of cash collected per deal Typical Deal Size: $7,500 Time Commitment: 60-80 hours per month ⸻ About the Role We’re a growing company specializing in B2B lead generation services, leveraging cold email and LinkedIn outreach to deliver qualified prospects to our clients. We’re looking for a skilled Closer to convert our warm leads into paying clients. Your role will involve managing the entire closing process—from preparing for sales calls and engaging prospects, to diligent follow-ups and guiding deals through contract signing. You’ll be instrumental in turning interest into commitment and maximizing conversion rates through strategic, consistent communication. All tools and outreach expenses are fully covered by us, so you can focus entirely on closing deals and driving results. ⸻ What You’ll Do Sales Meetings • Handle 30–60 qualified leads per month generated through cold email and LinkedIn outreach • Conduct 2–3 calls per lead plus follow-up emails and due diligence • Prepare thoroughly for each call by reviewing prospect background, objections, use cases, and previous communications Follow-Up & Communication • Re-engage no-shows and warm prospects via video calls, email, phone, and LinkedIn • Answer all prospect questions and manage due diligence promptly CRM & Deal Management • Keep detailed, organized records of deal stages, next steps, and communication history • Ensure smooth progress through the sales funnel with no missed opportunities Custom Workplans & Closing Strategy • Develop tailored follow-up plans for each prospect to increase conversion rates • Identify key closing levers and address stakeholder concerns effectively • Adapt your communication style and strategy to fit each deal and prospect Contract Finalization • Facilitate contract signing by sending documents, following up, and handling objections • Verify that all agreed terms are correctly reflected in final contracts ⸻ What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in closing B2B sales, preferably in lead generation or related services • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple leads efficiently and maintain detailed records • Flexibility to work during US time zones with timely follow-ups and calls • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset ⸻ To apply, please send me a DM and include recordings of your previous sales calls in the application
