Hey everyone! We’re a London based startup hiring a RevOps Lead (which can include a big focus on GTM engineering) A bit about us (gocertify.me):
Stage: 4.5 years old, bootstrapped and profitable (£2.7m ARR, 80% YoY growth in 2024)
Revenue team structure: Head of Revenue, 3x SDRs, 2x AEs, 3x CS, 1x Partner, Marketing Lead
Industry: A retail tech that help brands smarter and more meaningful offers and rewards
Location: Remote-first startup (we meet up once a month in London)

First RevOps hire
Help build out our internal and custom built GTM system
Data through scraping and APIs, AI on top
Data visualised for the team with Airtable, we currently have interfaces to; evaluate each account, action triggers, evaluate potential partners
This is helping power our whole Revenue Team (Marketing, SDR, AE, CS and Partner teams)
Have access to an Analytics Engineer building the dream data architecture/data warehouse
Focus on building our Revenue Engine across the whole revenue bowtie/funnel
Work closely with our Head of Revenue and Founder/CEO
