Hiring B2B Marketing Lead for Fintech Startup Pylon Lending

Hi folks! Looking for the first B2B Marketing hire at a growing fintech startup; Pylon Lending. We just recently raise an $8.5mm seed stage and we're seeing a ton of interest and inbound from PR. We have a slate of new partnership announcements and feature launches scheduled over the next 12-months, so it's a lot of low hanging fruit for a T-shaped marketer with a spike in either product marketing and/or Demand gen that can come in, setup all the systems, start driving conversion and tee up the sales team. Ideally looking for someone with previous experience at a FinTech and/or a company marketing developer tools.
