Job Title: Partner Advocate (Account Manager) Employment Type: Full-Time | Remote (Must be available to work EST hours) Location Preference: South Africa Salary: USD $1,800–$2,500/month (Based on experience) About the Role Our client, a fast-growing digital marketing agency, is seeking a skilled and proactive Partner Advocate (Account Manager) to manage a portfolio of marketing clients. You’ll be the primary point of contact responsible for building strong relationships, coordinating campaign execution, and ensuring clients achieve measurable business results. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, results-oriented team working across multiple digital channels including SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, Google LSA, and more. Serve as the day-to-day lead for a portfolio of digital marketing clients.
Coordinate campaign strategy and execution across teams: SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, and Google LSA.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication between clients and internal teams.
Deliver monthly performance reports with insights, recommendations, and next steps.
Proactively identify growth opportunities, upsell services, and optimize campaign strategies.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention through outstanding service and value delivery.

Must-Have Technical Skills

Solid understanding of digital marketing channels: SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, Google LSA, and Social Media Marketing.
Experience using key platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics.
Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) and project management/CRM tools (e.g., ClickUp, HubSpot, Asana).
Comfortable interpreting marketing metrics and presenting data-driven performance insights.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliverables with attention to detail and urgency.

Required Experience

2+ years in a client-facing Account Management role preferably at a digital marketing agency.
Proven ability to coordinate cross-channel digital campaigns and manage client relationships.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, ideally with international client exposure.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in remote, fast-paced environments.
