Fractional GTM Engineer Offer: Seeking Community Feedback

I know this is for full time job opps but figured I would throw this out there: Been planning a fractional GTM Engineer offer and would be interested to gather some feedback from the community. Here would be three core service offers:

1.
ICP qualification and enrichment

really mapping out the TAM/SAM (think claude code / deep research / custom scripts / mcp servers). Use the crm data, transcripts etc to iterate on this.

Using this to validate the ICP, personas, solution - pain point alignment and messaging angles

Building the foundational datasets through enriching in clay /n8n to validate the hypotheses made for tiering/segmentation

Main deliverable ready segmented lists for outbound and ad audiences.

2. Demand generation / lead routing

Clay builds for ABM / engagement / intent tracking tied to dynamic lists

Outbound setups with CRM integration (infra, monitoring, routing etc)

Lead routing (altough strongly tied to the ABM build already)

3. Data insights / automations / AI

building the systems to actually get insights from data

Custom MCP servers with Oauth / apikey usable in chat clients or stateless through api

Data pipelines reporting etc.

Custom ai agents

Would be interesting to hear where the most value is seen. If anyone is interested, mostly been working with some these among many others: clay, n8n, smartlead, postgres, aws, gcp, railway, Bigquery, mcp, cloudflare, agno, hubspot, salesforce >> developing more and more custom solutions with Python or typescript using cursor / claude code. Also trying to refine the PRP framework from software development to fit into the GTM use case with claude code and sub agents.
